Camila & Piero are one of our favorite couples; we covered their wedding and engagement session here and now with this incredible styled shoot.

With this design, we wanted to embrace the beauty of Costa Rica while blending minimalist and romantic styles. So we focused on soft tones with structured floral selections and a clean, minimalist style. This will speak to modern brides that love a tropical vibe without going full-top opulence.

We wanted to keep the design young, vibrant, fun, tropical, and, most importantly, accurate. So often, shoots have a fantastic look and impact but are unrealistic to duplicate for an actual event. We wanted this shoot to be possible for any bride and groom to experience firsthand if the design speaks to them.

Las Catalinas and Hotel Santarena were the perfect setting for this, old-world lending charm and Mediterranean accents. This also flowed well with our couple’s story, given Piero’s Italian background with Camila’s home in Costa Rica. This coastal town’s cobblestone streets, plazas, and fountains offer unique settings for a destination wedding. 

Besides the tremendous energy from Camila and Piero, they are pure love, happiness, and laughs were the perfect ingredients for the styled shot.

They took this shot to celebrate for the third time passion; they had a wedding in Italy, Costa Rica, and now this shot! so let’s celebrate our love more than once in a Pura Vida style!
